I create illustrative printed goods; particularly cards, prints and stationary, that are cheerful and playful while looking into living a slower life. Celebrating everyday activities and objects, seeking simplicity through thoughtful designs.
Growing up in the Norfolk countryside has had a strong influence on my illustrations, translating the quieter way of living onto paper. I gather inspiration from people, places and things I come across from day to day. I have a great love for flowers and am heavily inspired by wild gardens and cut arrangements.
Painting has always been something I fill my pastime with, so being able to do it as a job and share it with the world is a dream. I don’t tend to sit down and plan meticulously what designs I am going to paint, they just come as I start making. Unless its Christmas, most will know that requires lots of planning!
My aim is to create a range of beautiful products that are functional as well as purposefully decorative of things that I love!
